User experience is a vital part of e-commerce website operation. Only when users are satisfied with the website experience, they will be attracted and buy products to bring benefits to the company.

For me, whether a website can attract me, first of all is the visual experience. Whether website design and color matching can make users feel comfortable is very important. I would prefer a simple design style. Generally, the structure of this style website is relatively reasonable, the classification of products is always clear, so that users can easily find the products they need.

It is also important that whether the website requires users to fill in relevant information is reasonable and whether they support diverse payment methods. The APP store in China did not support WeChat Pay three years ago. When I was going to purchase in the APP store, I often had to transfer the money from WeChat wallet to Alipay. This made me feel very troublesome, and there were also some service fee. The APP store started WeChat payment in 2017, which has avoided the service fees and hassle of transferring money for many Chinese users.

The second key point is whether the e-commerce website is credible. Therefore, there should be detailed contact information on the website, such as official phone numbers, detailed contact addresses, emails and other contact information. After the order is generated, whether there is a SMS/phone notification when the products are sent, whether the delivery time of the products can be estimated and guaranteed, and whether the goods can be delivered as quickly as possible. These are also the key points that must not be ignored to determine whether the customer will repeat the purchase.
